Veronica enters her dorm room and is thankful that Chloe isn't home at the moment. She needs some alone time to process everything that has happened.

Catching a glimpse of herself in the mirror, she realizes that she looks terrible and decides to take a shower to relax.

Twenty minutes later, she is comfortably ensconced in her most comfortable pajama pants and a tank top, with her hair tied back in a ponytail. She sits on her bed and stares into space. There are too many thoughts going through her head right now for her to make sense of anything.



[OOC: Veronica is extremely depressed/out of sorts and would love some company. At least until its time for her part in the revenge scenario :)]

Veronica opens the door and sees a girl she knows she met, but can't quite place.

"Hi..."

"Hey, Syd," she sighs, remebering that she did meet this girl before.

"I think we've met before, but I've met so many new people in the last few weeks, its hard to keep track."

"You help your dad? I think that's cool. I used to work for my dad after school."

Veronica notices the boy following John. She's seen him around a lot, but doesn't think they've been introduced.

"Nice to meet you, Cam," she says, smiling (a little less brightly than usual) and tilting her head slightly.

Veronica opens the door and looks John up and down.

"Nice threads, Crichton. No dress tonight?"

Veronica opens the door and lets Angela in.

"Hey, I didn't realize you were helping Parker tonight."

Angela nods. "I didn't want to, like, stay on her bad side. I have to work until 10, but I should be able to catch up with you guys after."

"Makes sense to me," Veronica says.

"Where are you working?"

"That record store, Championship Vinyl." Angela shrugs. "I think he hired me because I like Billie Holliday."

"That looks like a cool place. I haven't had much time to explore the town. But I'll have to swing by and visit you sometime when you're working."

"It's awesome. I wish I knew, like, a quarter as much about music as my boss does. You should definitely stop by if you get a chance."
