"Never let it be said that you don't come to an evil prank prepared," Chloe says, snickering as Veronica smacks Cameron.

She nods when Veronica whispers to her. "Okay. Is everything all right?"

"Evil pranks and revenge are a Mars specialty," she says with a grin.

Her expression turns serious. "I don't know... its a long story and this isn't the time or place. Maybe later in our room?"

"I'll have to keep that in mind the next time I think about getting on your bad side."

Chloe frowns a little at Veronica's serious look. "Later in the room is fine. We should just focus on this madness for right now," she says, trying to get Veronica back to being somewhat cheerful.

Veronica notices that everyone is heading to the basement.

"Come on, we're going to miss the fun," she says with a forced smile. "I wonder if vamps show up on photographs or if that's just a myth?"
