Veronica enters the basement and notices Parker's message.

She shakes her head slightly. This would be a lot scarier if I hadn't run into my dead best friend yesterday, she thinks.

She changes the film in her regular camera and begins snapping more photos.

Dru steps out and smiles at everyone. It's meant to be reassuring, but it comes off as kind of...well, off. But she doesn't give off any menacing aura, at least.

Smiling at the squid's hand puppets -- So at least it's a friendly basement monster, she thinks -- Angela turns toward the psych teacher, who also seems like she might be ... well, a not-mean basement monster.

Angela doesn't plan to get close enough to find out, if she can avoid it. If she scares Parker, I'm entirely beyond out of my league.

After her jaunt into town, Duce heads down to the basement to see if that Oz guy is around anywhere. Smelling people, she heads in that direction, spots them, and slowly stops.

. o O (chick, chick, chick, chick, psycho professor, unconscious guy, tentacle monster..No, we definitely want to remain ignorant.. unless..)

A look of dread creeps slowly over her features, "Um. Teach? This.. isn't our homework, is it?"
