Cuddy/Weir Election HQ

Elizabeth is sitting, crosslegged in front of a low table, with both her laptop and a pad of paper set up in front of her. Sedge is zonked out asleep at her feet, and she's rifling through printed sheets.

A pack of six highlighters are around, and every so often, she'll highlight something in a different color.
