Plague Update on Bulletin Boards

*Posted on every bulletin board in the school, is a very official looking notice. It reads:*

ATTN STUDENTS:

Several reported cases of the unidentified plague sweeping campus have been reported to fandom_clinic, including individuals on campus and in town. We have reason to suspect it may have originated from a tampered batch of chickens in the school cafeteria.

Please be aware that once the disease has spread from its vector (the chicken), it is highly contagious. Anyone who has had contact with these chickens, or has been in contact with someone who has, should be on the look out for symptoms of plague. They are very mild in the early stages, resembling a mild cold or dementia. They can escalate quickly if not treated.

If you suspect you or someone you know has been infected please or have any questions regarding this outbreak, please report to fandom_clinic IMMEDIATELY.

Susan passes by the bulletin board, the notice catching her eye. She frowns at it, reading it again to make sure she understood it correctly.

"Funny," she said. "I would have thought I'd have been warned if there was going to be a plague."
