The ad was paid for by the committee to get Draco Malfoy elected as president
Nobody wants a president that's cold and unapproachable. You want someone you can talk to freely, without feeling like they're the president and are more important than you. Draco Malfoy believes in equality and he believes that a president should be approachable. And that is what he is!
Draco Malfoy knows how to talk to people! He was very popular at his old school and had many friends. He racked up many points for his house at school and he was a favorite among professors!
"He was a favorite. Now get out of here Nott before I call your father to dispose of you." -Professor Severus Snape
He was also a star Quidditch player at school! But he, unlike certain messy haired obnoxious seekers for Gryffindor, didn't show off his amazing talents from dawn till dusk. Draco has had a slice of humble pie.
And don't think he's all macho man! Young Draco has a sensitive side. Here, take a look at him as a young child:

Draco Malfoy believes that a president shouldn't side with one party. He believes that closes doors and burns bridges. He doesn't like to think of people as "magic users" or "mutants" or "bitches". He thinks of them as people, who are all individuals with their own ideas, but are united under the Fandom High flag (if we had one). He wants to hear what everyone has to say and incorporates all these ideas into one strong platform that will please everyone in Fandom High!
So vote for Draco! He's got something for everybody!
