*Jonathan left the door open for Angelus to arrive. He was working on a new campaign poster. He wished that he had nominated himself for office earlier, rather than run for write-in. But at least he didn't have to debate.*

"Been busy making friends and influencing people," Angelus replied. He stepped past the threshhold and took in the sight of the room. "Love what you've done with the place."

Okay, you're forgiven *There was a bit of a glisten in his eyes as the moonlight came through the window.* Don't you? Now that I didn't have to worry about roommates, I decided to be a little creative.

"May I?" Angelus gestured to a bed, indicating he'd like to take a seat. "You look like you're in a good mood." He paused, thinking about it. "Wait, should I actually be touching anything?"

Of course *he gestured him towards it in an affirmative manner.* Don't worry, everything's clean. On my side, at least, I can't vouch for Draco.

Angelus sat down on the bed, making himself comfortable. "So what brings a smile to your face, Johnny?"

*He moved to shut the door in case anyone was nearby and could hear them. He lowered his voice* Well, I have proof that my little toxin *he pointed to it* works.

"Really?" Angelus sat up, his interest immediately captured. "What's it do?"

*He lowers his voice even more.* Whoever breathes it in, it makes them hallucinate - they see their greatest fear before their very eyes. *He grins menacingly*

"Probably right," Angelus agreed. "Plus no use blowing that wad at the wrong moment. You've worked hard on that formula, don't want to waste it."

Angelus sat back against the wall, folding his arms behind his head. "Am I nuts or is it a shame that we can't run you guys on a 'Better the devil you know' campaign?"

*He shrugs* This school needs more balance between good and evil. The good people get too much of a break and we "evil" people get the shaft.

It is quite the shame, indeed. *He sighs* Of course, we do have one good thing. I've heard my competition has been going too far trying to get the weapons ban taken off. I just might get some votes from the people who don't want the weapons ban lifted.

"The competition couldn't get the weapons ban lifted with a hypnotist and a fork lift," Angelus made a face of false sympathy. "Such a pity. You know how I feel about that ban."

Oh yes, I know *he grins* Though, I would definitely like to see them try to lift the ban with a hypnotist and a fork lift. That would at least provide some interesting entertainment.

"True enough," Angelus grinned. "So what's the battle plan, Johnny? You've already got an uphill battle thanks to being a write-in. How are you going to overcome the natural urge for Fandom High students to simply check a box that's already got someone's name on it?"

I need to somehow undermine the girl. Maybe dig some dirt on her. I don't like to fight dirty okay that's a complete lie, but if there's something that would greatly prevent her from doing her duty well enough, then I think the public should know *grins* I need to somehow figure out how to make myself look twice as good as her, because just a little big better is not going to cut it.

"Officially no," Angelus replied, "though of course it would be a shame if somebody pointed out how fond she is of her weapons. Especially someone who wanted to run a campaign that appealed to the students who didn't want a lift on the ban."

That would certainly help *he grins* There are other ways to defend oneself without needing weapons, after all. It seems a bit too convenient that someone so good would really really need a weapon.
