Faith sees the mime and stares at it for a moment.
"What the fuck?" she mutters, and sits down on the couch to watch what she thinks is a poorly attended mime show.

Happy to have an audience, the mime walks against the wind. He loses his hat and has to chase it.

Faith is totally not laughing at the mime. That'd ruin her reputation if anyone ever saw.
...well, maybe she's laughing a little.

The mime peels and eats a bannanna, tosses the peel over it shoulder, then slips on the peel when it turns to walk away.

Faith looks around to make sure noone is looking into the common room, and starts to giggle.

::hearing giggling coming from the common room, Cally can't help but stick her head in the doorway::

::she stares blankly at the mime, and Faith::

What the...

The mime begins to copy everything Cally does.

::slightly baffled, Cally waves at the mime::

::when it copies her movements, she blinks, and then starts patting her head and rubbing her stomach, just to see if the mime would do that too::

Marty bursts into the room. He's carrying a washcloth and wetnaps. He glares at the mime as though he was evil incarnate.

"You're not invading my dorm you... mime."

Wha... what?

I'm confused now.

Marty throws Cally some wet naps.

"It's a mime Cally. I don't know where you come from, but in my world.... they're evil. Well... annoying."

::looks down at the wet naps::

Okay... and what am I supposed to do with this?

Faith glares at Marty from her seat on the couch. "Hey! This is funny!"

Faith hears Cally at the door, and turns towards her.
"There's a mime in here! It's funny, come watch!"

*On his round, Jonathan spots the mime, and his jaw drops. They weren't kidding about mimes! He decides to chase it around the common room to annoy it. Invading on the personal space of a mime usually freaked it out*

The mime runs around the common room.

::looks down at the wet naps Marty threw her, and then back up at Jonathon chasing the mime around the room::

Okay. I officially prefer zombies to mimes. At least with Zombies you get to defend yourself with real weapons. ::blinks::

*Eventually Jonathan gets tired of chasing and starts miming himself, throwing what appears to be baseballs at it. He wondered if the mime would take the bait*

The mime fakes being beaned in the head and falls down.

*Jonathan cheers, looking proud of himself, and wondered how long this would last. Since they weren't allowed to harm it in any way, it would make for a mighty long night*

::looks down at the wet naps again, and at the mime, then Faith, and then Jonathon::

I'm just gonna go back to my room. This is too weird.

::blinks, shakes her head, heads out, and then locks the door to room #213 behind her::

The mime followed Cally from the common room, copying her the entire way. He walks face first into the closed door of her room. He sits on the floor for a few minutes then wanders off.

"That poor mime." Faith puts a foot out to trip Jonathan. "Why's everyone being so mean to the guy?"

I'm just following orders, ma'am *Jonathan said, tipping an imaginary cap* If Principal Connor says it's to be annoyed, then with the squid as my witness, I will annoy it!

Faith laughed a little at that, and then proceeded to crack up at Jonathan's baseballs.
"I like mimes, though. I think they're funny."

They can be funny. But they can also drive a person crazy. ~~Kind of like all the candidates in the batsh*t crazy department. And isn't one of them leading this hunt?~~

She shrugged. "I guess they can be a little annoying. ~~Hunt? You're hunting mimes, armed with nothing but washcloths?~~"

That they can. *He frowns* Looks like the mime left. Well, we can't kill them. I wouldn't want to kill a mime. They entertain someone after all. And, a mime is a terrible thing to waist *smirk*
