Room 146: Grissom's Office
Grissom sits in his office, preparing for his classes that evening. He's a bit tired, as he didn't get much sleep last night after Maia's prophecy, and still sore.

I could never do that. But it haunts me... it's more than just a dream. I've seen it, when I am awake. But now I know, that I don't hurt her. Not physically. It's definitive.
Is that what you wanted to hear, Maia? There, there it is. I slit her throat open, and then I am face-to-face with myself. I have to kill myself twice, and I do. And I don't feel it. All I can see is blood. Is that what you want to see at night?"
Grissom falls silent, and sinks back down into his chair.

Grissom shuffles out the front door, but returns a few moments later. He grabs a tissue and leaves it on the desk in front of Maia, careful not to come to close to her.
"You must be afraid of me now, I don't know how to fix that."

But the accident you see, something must happen to me. If I go fuzzy. And if I am still alive, I haven't hurt myself or Sara, and if I do survive, I would not be the man in the dream. Do you see, logically?"

((OOC: I think that was one of the best episodes of all time on the CSI!!))

Don't lie to her. Do whatever you wish. I made the decision to tell you, I can face the consequences."

"I am glad that you told me. I'm not going to leave here and go running to tell Sara everything we talked about. I don't even think she knows we have talked. She most certainly does not know that I dreamed about her being killed last night or about her body wasting away in a farm somewhere." Maia shakes her head. "No I don't run and tell her anything. I tell her when she asks me."

"She talks.. more then I do. I listen to her. I told her, about my parents dying. She knows that I see things. She talks more then I do." Maia nods reassuring herself.
