West Attic

Having decided the 'carnival' just isn't her type of thing, Dom wanders around her half of the room picking up and getting things out for the evening. She's got all her hair up in hot rollers, which is a fairly comical sight. Her stereo is turned up, playing an assortment of classic rock.

Just wandering about, I guess. Kinda restless. The carnival wasn't too terribly exciting, and I've stopped in on practically everyone, so... here I am. ::tries not to laugh at the rollers::

Yeah, I skipped out on that. Too much damned school spirit.

Uh... yeah. Well, if I'm gonna go to the effort of actually going to a dance, I might as well look decent. Though I draw the line at the theme stuff. You do *not* want to know how long it took me to get all my hair in rollers. *makes a face* I think I burnt my damned fingers getting it all set.

Well, that's good to know. People will be asking you if you got punched, otherwise, and trust me, that question gets old after awhile.

*shrugs and tugs on a curler* It's less frizzy if I do it this way. Besides, I want to see if I can get Sparky to swallow his own tongue.

Sometimes, yeah. Well, it's better than hearing people telling their kids 'it's not nice to stare at the freaks.' One thing that's nice about this place--there are so many other weirdos I hardly stand out.
