Outside the Front Door, evening
It was a nice day out, and he was still a little soaked, so Tick sat on the front steps of the dorms. It was the perfect time to sit down and try the Rubik's Cube. So far both Rory and Becky had solved it in under a minute. Aeryn... probably didn't do much, based on the indentations in the plastic where she had presumably squeezed in frustration. It probably wasn't a good idea to give it to Aeryn, actually. Maybe he should have called Camboy instead. Oh well. If somebody had lost it, they couldn't expect it to be in perfect condition.
He started twisting the cube. Grunts, yells of "Ha!" and cries of "Nefarious Plastic Fiend, you face The Tick!" could be heard.
[OOC: If anybody wants to chat at this late hour, follow the weird noises out front.]

"Well, if I know anything about Aeryn - and what I do is mainly from class and her crushing the cube a little - you should probably give her a little bit of time to cool down. When she's mad, she seems kind of violent." Tick held up the Rubik's Cube. The bumps were clearly visible. "Don't let this be you, John!"

Tick looked at the cube. "Well, I don't know when I'll solve it, but I imagine I'll just continue with whatever I was doing before I started it. The other night, Rory took it and had it solved in a few twists. The cube was just a short stop on the line she was moving on, so she went back to her party when she finished it. I believe I'll go back to my party, whether that party is class, C.R.A.C.K., or sleep!"
"But that's in the future, so who can be sure, anyway?"

Tick stayed outside trying to solve the puzzle for a few more minutes before realizing it wasn't going to happen tonight. He was dry enough now, so he went to his room for the night.

That said, I can understand just wanting to talk to Tick. :)]
