All around the dorms

Jack can be seen walking through the dorms with several rolls of duct-tape decorating his arms like bracelets, he's wistling some random tune and has a large stack of paper under each arm. Every so often he'll pass out a piece of paper from one stack or stop to tape something to the walls.

Sakura notes a flyer on the wall and turns an amazing shade of scarlet, nearly dropping her books from her arms. She made a point of walking very quickly back to her room. It was a good thing she didn't have any sort of sexual relationship with anyone at this school...

"Want one?" Jack holds out one of the condom-laden flyers.

"Thanks, I think I will," she says, taking the flyer, peeling the condoms off and putting them in her pocket, and handing the now empty flyer back to him. "Never know when they'll come in handy."

Sam's expression is pretty unreadable. She may be thinking of Jonas eating his banana yesterday, and she may be thinking of the gross taste of flavored latex.

She handed back the yellow condoms. "Here. Wouldn't want them to go to waste."

Lisa comes home to the dorms to find the posters. "Jack, what the fuck are these?"

"Posters. And fliers of course."

"Funny," she replies deadpan, obviously not amused. "I thought you were a volunteer in the clinic, and actually cared about the welfare of the student population. So, I'll ask again, what the fuck are these? Do you find this amusing? Will you still find it amusing when one of these naive, horny kids doesn't read the whole poster and ends up knocking up his 15 year old girlfriend?"

"Well, first off I'd just like to explain that this is a journalism project and says 'parody' on it. Second, I'd think he might have bigger problems than being niave if he's dumb enough to believe this crap, especially around here.

"It says parody in small letters on the bottom. You are presenting the information to a bunch of kids I had to show diagrams of a vagina to explain safe sex! Who PASSED OUT in front of a piece of paper that showed female genitalia! Of course there are plenty of kids dumb enough to fall for this shit, they're thinking with their dicks, not their brains! Their hormonal impluses direct most of their blood flow beneath their waistline, they aren't looking at the fine print! I don't care if you were under a directive from the fucking President. You should know better. Just because you have a superiority complex doesn't mean you aren't potentially harming someone else when you should have known better. Which teacher gave you this assignment?"

"Tell the truth, Adama's the one who passed out isn't he? If someone is stupid enough to take these seriously then there's nothing anyone can do to help them, and might I add, chances are they were already having unsafe sex to begin with. If someone's going to listen to a couple of shitty-looking posters over years of teaching then that means someone needs to dump a big tub of chlorine in the gene pool anyway. And if you think I'm giving up anyone you're out of your fucking mind Cuddy." Jack almost walks away but suddenly stops and turns back around.

"Oh! Almsot forgot, here," Jack pulles a condom off of the pro-AIDS poster and holds it out to her. "Do everyone a favor and get laid."

"Oh, nice, asshat," she shoots back, clearly unimpressed with his less than clever put-down. "How many times have you used that line today? And look, I am not disagreeing with you that some of these kids are a little... daft. That's exactly my point. Not everyone is as worldly as BMOC Jack O'Neill. Some of these kids can't distiguish the glans from the glands. But making a huge sign that says "Hey, 14 year olds, go have some unsafe sex" especially coming from cool, older kids - you think they are going to take the time to read the fine print? This is really fucking irreponsible of you. Parody, farce, whatever. Just because you have assigned it that label doesn't mean your entire audience will catch on, and doesn't make you any less responsible for what happens because of it."
