Third Floor Common Room, Early Evening

Callisto is sprawled out on one of the common room couches watching the ceiling. She's probably not meant to be here, living on another floor and all, but she doesn't really care, the attics have far too much emo.

Logan stops by room #305, but since Rory's not there he heads out to the common room and flops down on one of the couches. "Hey," he says to Callisto.

"Hey." Callisto nods back. "Here to see Rory?"

"Yep. Guess I should've called first," he says. "So. Uh. How was your weekend?"

"Good. I was pretty much on a post-fashion show buzz the entire weekend" Callisto grins. "Sorry you missed it, Rory wears leather very well."

Logan groans. "So I've heard. Angelus was supposed to get me pictures, but I don't know when that's going to happen now."

"Well, I know he took them, if he's got them developed they're probably in his room." Callisto's grin turns to a smirk at mention of Angelus. "So you think he did it? Kill Pryde?"

"Nope," says Logan. "Lamb's an idiot. Where in his room, do you think?"

"Doesn't really matter to me one way, or the other." Callisto shrugs, sitting up. "I just hope that either way there's no frelling emo-drama. Not sure where he'd keep them." Callisto's smirk widens. "We could try and find them..."

Logan grins. "Well, he did promise them to me. Seems rather rude of him to leave without sending them to me, and I know he wouldn't want us to think him rude."

"Of course not. Angelus is the very model of a gentleman after all." Callisto nods in agreement. "I think he wouldn't mind us looking. In fact he'd probably approve of you getting those pictures as quickly as possible."

Logan nods. "Unfortunately, we've never exchanged keys. How 'bout you guys? Or is it strictly closets for you kids?"

"Been talking to Bel have we?" Callisto snorts. "Well we've moved onto dark corners, but haven't worked our way up to rooms yet. Of course, when you have certain skills, the need for keys is moot."

Logan raised his eyebrows at her. "Do you have these skills, or are you just teasing me?"

"I'm not claiming to be the best in the world, butif it's like most of the locks in these dorms? Shouldn't be a problem" Callisto wiggles her eyebrows lecherously. "The teasing I save for Angelus."

Logan looks her up and down before an expression best translated as oh, right, I have a girlfriend crosses his face. He shrugs. "Let's go, then."

Rory returns from her visit to Caritas (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomtownies/350691.html?thread=14227171#t14227171), her hands stuffed in her pockets. She enters the common room, and peers down the hall towards her room. She doesn't want to run into Angela if she can help it.

Logan returns from upstairs with a camera in his hand and just the barest traces of cigarette ash clinging to his jeans. "Hey! Rory!" he says.

Rory turns at the sound of Logan's voice, and smiles. "Hi. What are you doing here? And what's that?" She points to the camera.

"Here to see you. Duh," he grins. "This is Angelus's camera," he says, waving it at her. "He promised me pictures of you in leather."

"Ooh! Let me see!" Rory says, making a grab for the camera.

She snatches the camera from his hands before he has a chance to stop her.

"I'm so deleting all of these," she says, backing up so that she's out of his reach. "I'm really unphotogen - " She stops as the most recently taken picture pops up, and looks up at Logan.

Logan scratches his head. "Okay, I kinda gotta explain that one, huh?"

She folds her arms and says nothing, her eyes narrowed.

"She wouldn't give me the camera, so I tried to grab it. She tripped, I fell with her and Xander came in just in time to catch the camera and take a picture," Logan says, with a slightly guilty smile.

"That's..." Rory frowns, and looks at the picture again. "Yeah, neither of you looks like you're really enjoying it. Okay." She looks back up at him, a small smile forming on her lips. "What is it with you and these horribly compromising positions, anyway?"

Logan groans. "Trouble finds me," he says. "C'mere," he says, holding his arms out to her.

Rory's smile widens, and she closes the gap between them in a few steps. She kisses the underside of his jaw before wrapping her arms around his waist and laying her head against his chest.

"I have had a very bad day," she mumbles. "How're you?"

"Better, now that you're here," he says, kissing the top of her head. "Wanna get out of the public area?"

"I think Anya said something about actually being in the room tonight. Plus I kind of want to avoid being near my room if I can," she replies, shifting so she can look at him. "And it's too late to make it to your place by curfew, isn't it?"

"Sixth floor?" Logan suggests. "I hear there's a bunch of empty rooms up there."

"That works," Rory agrees. She frowns pensively. "Though, like, my clothes and stuff are in my room..."

"Who needs clothes?" Logan murmured, nibbling at her neck.

Rory's reasonably distracted by the nibbling, and takes a second before responding. "Obviously not us. In fact, I think we're both entirely too clothed." She eyes the stairs.

Logan grins. "Let's go," he says, taking her hand.
