Dorms, Generally
Sam struggled to open the door to the dorms. She was carrying three wooden pieces of the bunny hutch over from Shop Class, her hands were full, and she couldn't really see where she was going. She would reassemble them in Parker's room, but first she needed to get all the segments over to the dorms.
"Thank goodness I only have to carry them up one flight," she muttered. She finally pulled the door open, catching it with her foot and wiggling in the rest of the way.

"Isn't it? I think fall is my favorite time of year." She scuffed her way through some dead leaves just to hear them rustle. "Colorado's a lot colder by this time of year."

Following her example, he hopped into a small pile of leaves, laughing like a kid. "It never really got as cold as this, even, where I grew up on Caprica. We were pretty low, elevation-wise, and lots of sun. So this is new to me. I really like it."

She walked over to the table and picked up a couple of pieces, handing them to Anders, then picked up the other two, trying to manage the awkwardly shaped ramp against her side.

She opened the door and waited for Anders to walk through so she could lock it behind him. "C'mon."

"Yeah, I totally know what you mean. I keep ending up on the frakking radio or in the gossip column and it was kinda neat at first, but it's getting pretty old."
