MiniGolf!

Bored, John putters around with some random stuff in his room, and random stuff in the lobby, and creates a 9 hole mini golf course.

It's not great, but unless someone comes along to improve it, it'll have to do.

Good thing John kept those golf clubs he found in the junkpile for 'home protection' or something. yeah, that's it.

No, I don't have a course design. Make it up!

Kiki, passing by with a basket full of purple and chartreuse avocados, walks past, pauses, backs up and looks again. MiniGolf. Oh, this could be fun.

She takes hole no. 5 and turns it into a cone weave. Only the cones are violently purple and green avocados. She has no problem with the avocados getting bumped, bruised, smashed or mashed. She dubs hole 5 "Whack-a-guacamole."

She takes a putter and contemplates playing hole 5 several, several times.

A strange expression steals over Kiki's face. On anyone else, it might be described as "unholy maniacal glee."

She sets the ball down at the beginning of the hole, and hits it. Rather hard. Straight at a lilac avocado that just looks like it's making fun of her. Not particularly aiming for the hole, Kiki is playing this part of the course more like she's playing croquet and has taken the roll of Poison Ball. It's not so much an avocado weave as it is an avocado mine field by this point.

The avocados are battered, but not broken, by the time Kiki finally knocks the ball into the cup laid on its side that acts as the hole. She looks over at John. "26 over par," she says. "Although I think par is up to 5 instead of 3 now."

Kiki, looking much more like her natural self, smiles. "Not generally, but these avocados, these are the bane of my existence today." She looks back at them and hisses, "That will teach you to multiply out of control."

"No, it's just that these," Kiki holds up an avocado a particularly hideous shade of violet, "were all supposed to be holly berries. I was trying to decorate Mr. Aziraphale's place. And then they just kept appearing. Everywhere. I'd clear off a shelf and when I turned around there were three more there again!"
