Dormitory Attics, After Sunset

There are spaces in the walls of an old house. Somewhere in the closets or lofts of the FH attic, there's a crawl space large enough for a gathering of cats. Most of the dormitory cats have hidden there one time or another; the ones who haven't have heard about it from a friend.

A half-grown gray kitten is sitting in the middle of the space, twitching her tail-tip occasionally. If you're (A) capable of reading feline cheek scent-marks and (B) small enough to fit through a cat-sized crevice, please do come in and chat.

((Rover has been advised; he says that he doesn't disturb domestic animals who come on campus, so Townie cats are welcome *if they're domestic*. "Most domesticated animals are allowed to roam free on campus. Non-conventional ones are sent to the pond."))

Minerva leans over and cautiously sniffs Octavia's nose. //Hello. My boy did not call me anything, before we came to live with the girl.//

Minerva tosses her head in indignation. //A boy owned me. He brought me here, but has some idiotic pet bird that lives with him. He is now permitting his girlfriend to take care of me.//

//They are together most nights in any case.//

//What is your caretaker like?//

//The girl is a bit like that, though she too often wishes to pet me. The boy left me to myself.//
