After waiting in his room for Carter for over an hour Jack decides that he must've been blown off. Either that or that she's working on something and still thinks she has "two more minutes."

Either way Jack has decided to go watch some TV to take his mind off it all.

"Ooh hey, Jon Smith. Huh. That kinda looks like the librarian."

"Okay." When dealing with Aeryn, Sam found it better not to ask for explanations when she was told not to.

"I wonder what happened," Aeryn says.

"All Principal Smith told me was that there was a problem with the phone system," she said, dryly, "which we probably could have figured out on our own."

"Yeah, Smith seems kind of... Kind of. No word at the end of that sentence fits like it should really."

"I really doubt I would have heard some of that otherwise," Aeryn says, her eyes slightly wide.

"Some of what?"

"People kept calling to tell me some very personal things." She makes a face.

"If anything I said got over to you I apologize. And if it just hasn't gotten thetre yet I apologize in advance."

"I have to admit that worries me," she says.

"It'd probably be best just to erase everything withput listening to it tonight actually."

"It's too late for some of that," she says. And shudders.

"You know. Think of the fun that could be had with this, you could say any random thing and just freak some people out for no reason at all."

"That's not really my style..."

"Don't do it, Jack. It's bad enough already."

"But think about it! The sheer amount of stupidity that could be pulled off just by picking up a phone!"

"I can imagine. And it's just your kind of stupidity, too."

"Exactly!" Hey wait. Tha might've been an insult. Oh well.

"Oh come on, think about it. You could totally wreck Crichton's brain if you tried. It probably wouldn't even be that hard."

"I could just talk to him in person and do that," Aeryn points out.

"Well yes but this way you can wreck him by chain. Call him, leave a message for someone else, break his brain..."

Aeryn makes a face. "I don't want to know anything about Paige and whipped cream. Ever."

"So I guess that means you didn't get the message?"

"Thankfully no."

"Count yourself lucky." She can't believe she has to ask Aeryn this, but it's best to be sure. "Um, I didn't send you a voicemail today, did I?"
