Second Floor Common Room [Come one, come all.]

After waiting in his room for Carter for over an hour Jack decides that he must've been blown off. Either that or that she's working on something and still thinks she has "two more minutes."

Either way Jack has decided to go watch some TV to take his mind off it all.

"Ooh hey, Jon Smith. Huh. That kinda looks like the librarian."

"I'm from Queens," Peter said. "Didn't move from there until right now."

"And no hot dog vendors is blasphemy. This town is clearly evil."

"Finally, someone who understands the necessity of hot dogs! I'm thinking about buying a hot dog maker. Won't be the same, but it'll be better than nothing. Where you rooming? On this floor?"

"A hot dog maker? That implies knowledge of what goes into a hot dog. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with that knowledge."

"I'm in 313. Seems like a decent place to room," Peter said. "Nothing going on in the common room, though, hence my wandering down here."

"Well, by 'hot dog maker' I mean the heater thing that you put the hot dogs in so they rotate and cook properly. I don't wanna know what's in them either. As for the common room, well, yeah. It's always busy on the second floor. Most of the people are here, so there's always something happening."

"Oh, thank God. Any knowledge beyond 'There's meat in them' is too much knowledge."

Peter made note of this common room information. "I'll keep that in mind. Stop by when I need entertainment, avoid like the plague when I need alone time."
