Friday Morning: Around the Dorms

Blair started out, putting posters up around the dorms and carrying a copy of the petetion. He had the entire day off of school and he was fully intending to talk to as many people as he could about the gremlin rights problem.

He had seen the new gremlin prevention poster and now carried a stick with a sock tied to the end of it in addition to the two twinkie wrappers that he had tied to his hoodie. Just because he promoted gremlin rights, didn't mean that he wanted to get bitten.

Blair stepped back and grinned. Picking up his sock-stick, he headed out to find people to sign the petition.

Logan spotted Blair in the hallways and hid a smirk. "Hey, Blair, how's it going?"

"Logan!" Blair grinned and waved, his shirt crinkling along with him. "Did you sign the petition yet?"

"Last night," Logan said. "I see you're prepared for all eventualities." He pointed at the sock-stick and frowned at Blair. "That's not cotton, is it?"

"Cool, man! Do you want pass out flyers or hang up some posters?" Blair held out a handful of flyers.

Blair studied the sock carefully. "I think it's some sort of blend actually. Do you think that's okay? I only have two twinkie wrappers, but Xander's going to let me stop by his place today to get more!" Blair looked carefully at Logan. "You don't have any! Do you want one of mine? Or a sock or something?"

"Sure," Logan said, taking some flyers.

"Not sure about blends. You're probably safe, but I think 100% wool is more likely to draw them out," Logan said. "I'm good. I live dangerously," he grinned. "And also, off-campus, which is a bonus when you're avoiding gremlins." He scratched his chin thoughtfully. "I should probably grab some orange juice just in case, though."

Blair nodded seriously. "I'm sure the cafeteria has some orange juice." Debating for a moment, he untied one of the twinkie wrappers from his hoodie and placed it in Logan's hand.

"Here, man. Want you to get to the cafeteria safe and all." Blair grinned widely.

Logan looked down at the twinkie wrapper. "Thanks, man," he said seriously. "You're a good guy." He clapped Blair on the shoulder. "I gotta get to the cafeteria before my next class. Stay safe!"

"No problem!" Blair headed off to hang more posters.

[ooc - I may need to borrow the gremlin exterminators to get you out of my brain... *looks suspicious* I was thinking while in the third 3-hour long meeting of the week omgwtf that Xander actually has no morning classes, so setting it in the morning would leave evening open for whatever campus events are going on. If we set it during 4th period, we'd stay out of Isabel's way too, because she has class then. Realtime, I need an hour or so while I get some things I'm being paid to do done, then I can put up a 406 post.]
