Jessica sees one of the posters and takes a closer look. She doesn't recognize the face, but begins to read it anyway:

I'm better than you... - "Oh, okay, if you say so" says Jessica with a smile and a nod.

...smarter than you - "Well...people can be smart in different ways. And judging by your current attire, young man, you have little to no fashion smarts" says Jessica with a laugh, shaking her head.

and come from a more advanced planet than you - "And just how do you know where I come from? I mean really." Jessica sighs, shrugs her shoulders thinking this Anakin might have had a less than pleasant day the day he made up this poster, and continues on her way.
