Ungodly hours of Saturday Morning; Outside Dorms

The Elrics were once again journeying through the school during hours when most sane people were asleep with no intention of blowing anything up, this time. Alphonse was ahead of his brother, sloshing through the ankle-deep snow. He waved down Edward, calling out, "C'mon, the snow's fine! It doesn't look like much else is happening out here."

Edward sputtered under the snow and mock-glared at Alphonse. "You always win," he said, trying to brush the snow out of his hair.

"Now, now," Alphonse snickered, squatting beside Edward. "Maybe I'll let you someday." He then slipped on the snow while adjusting himself, falling straight on his back. Alphonse blinked for a moment and stared in a moment of surprise.

Edward burst out laughing, smacking his knee with his automail hand hard enough to make himself wince. "Al, you're classic," he howls.

After it dawned upon him that yes, he had fallen smack-dab into the snow, Alphonse laughed with his brother. He smacked a bit of snow in Edward's direction, then sprawled out in the snow, not minding at all that he was begining to become soaking wet. "See? I told you. It's been forever since I've seen any snow."
