After fighting a snowman in detention, Kawalsky had taken the snowman's carrot-stick nose. He'd put it in his pocket while taking Anders to get medical attention. But now, he was a little peckish. He decided to munch on the former-nose-carrot while heading to the dorms to look for Cally and Liz.

It didn't take long for the carrot to take its effect.

Kawalsky's eyes glazed over and he found himself becoming...drifty. The kind of drifty that came after a few drinks. This sensation lasted a few long moments, then everything became crystal clear in an instant.

There, in the snow, Kawalsky started to build a snowman. The army had to succeed in its attack on the school, and the only way he could help was to build more soldiers. He worked quickly, and funnily enough the other snowmen didn't bother him. It was as if they could tell he was now their minion.


[OOC: They warned you not to eat the carrot nose, didn't they? Yes, Kawalsky ate one and is now a loyal minion of the snow monsters. If you've been stupid enough to do the same, feel free to join him. He'll be here all day if he can help it.]

Artie bounded and dodged and weaved and posed his way around the dorms, punching and taunting the snow men as he went. Spotting one with a carrot nose, he snatched the carrot from it's face and waved it.

"Got your nose, icy ball of dreadful doom!"

And he grinned and took a big bite off the end of it.

He frowned.

He blinked.

He jerked up right, perfectly straight, and collapsed like a falling tree into the snow.

A few secons later, he bounced back up, an odd look in his eye, and started crafting snow-thingies.

Kawalsky nodded at his comrade in arms and kept making a snowman. A very badly shaped and not-at-all aerodynamic snowman, but a snowman nonetheless.

Once he had the body done and added arms, the snowman came to life and started helping Kawalsky to build its head.

Artie seemed to be making a snow Loch Ness Monster. He made three humps and a tail and finally finished with the head. He posed a little mechanically, then set about building another snow creature.

Superspeed plus minioness? Equals a lot of snow thingies.

Kawalsky scowled at the other guy beating him at snowman-making. He handed the last snowman the remnants of his carrot and some rocks for eyes and left it to build its own head.

He started on another one. This time it was a snow starfish.

Artie finished a snow swan with a pointy icicle beak and started on a snow chupacabra.

Kawalsky finished his snow starfish, even if it did only have four legs and looked like a plus sign, and started work on a snow flamingo. Flamingos were mean. They bite.

Artie deftly avoided a bite from the Chupacabra as he put on the finishing touches. "Go forth, chupathingy! Go forth and conquer."

And he started on a snow manananggal.

Smith stared from the doorway of the dorm tower. Then he walked over.

"Err, what appears to be going on here, gentlemen?"

"Must! Build! Snow creatures!

Kawalsky stood at attention. He saluted. "Participating in the destruction of the school and ensuring the survival of the snow army, sir!"

"Mister Kawalsky, would you mind attempting to recite the alphabet backwards and touching your nose?" Smith harrumphs and crosses his arms. He pointedly ignores Artie, for the time being.

Artie seems to ignore Smith back, working on a snow werewolf.

"ZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHGFEDCBA," Kawalsky said.

But when he tried to touch his nose, he missed. Twice.

"Mister Kawalsky, what sort of narcotics have you ingested?" Smith isn't unlatching his holster and palming his gun. I have no idea what you could possibly be noticing. He wouldn't dare pull it on a student.

He went back to standing at attention. "Sir, none that I'm aware of, sir!" He stopped being at attention for a moment. "But I did have a tasty carrot."

"For once, I believe listening to your mother's advice about eating your vegetables was a bad choice, Mister Kawalsky." Smith sighs.

"What exactly is this? You are working to destroy the school how, exactly?"

Artie finishes his werewolf and starts building a giant, two-headed, anthropomorphic parrot. You know, just because.

"Sir, building more soldiers, sir! The objective is to ensure the survival of the snow army so they achieve their goal of doing whatever it is they need to do, sir!"

"Must! Build! Snow creatures!" Artie agrees.

He starts in on a snow hydra.

"So you have evil overlords, is that it?" Smith grips his pistol in the holster and scowls. "And they have plans of which you do not know?"

The snow hydra comes to life while Artie is standing on it's second head and working on it's third. He pinwheels his arms, then plummets twenty feet down, face first into the snow at Smith's feet.

"Geronimo!" he screams, but only after he hits the ground.

"Sir, I don't know, sir! I haven't ever spoken to them. I ate the carrot and then started making snowmen soldiers, sir!"

The first snowman, the one who finished his own head, started to waddle off to join the fight. The snow starfish was just sitting there, as starfish do.

"Fine. If on Monday, I find that my desk is scratched, you shall recieve detention, Mister Kawalsky." Smith then sighs and goes back to the dorm tower, locking and latching the door behind himself.
