Zero shuffles into the common room, dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie and wrapped in a blanket, and flops down on one of the new couches. When she turns on the TV, it announces cheerfully, "And next on Antique Rock Television, don't miss the reairing of our very special two hour Fame 'n Shame, Dirk Hopeless and Nikki Savage: From DIY to PTA! With Lance Smith!"

"No," Zero says. "No, oh no. Oh squall no." She scrambles for the remote, finally finding it. But something is wrong. The universe hates her. Because it won't change the channel. She tries to turn the TV off. That won't happen, either.

Zero buries her head under a convenient pillow. "No."

The beginning. Hey, Zero's dad was hot!

"If it makes you feel any better, I don't think your dad's hot," Peter said. "Your mom on the other hand..."

"Aw, guys, we're making her uncomfy," Rory said sympathetically.

She was still staring at Zero's father, though.

"That's very helpful." Maybe she could smother herself with the pillow.

"Poor Zero," Rory said, glancing away from the screen for just a second. "But you have pretty genes."

"Also, your parents are wearing nice jeans," Peter punned.

"Ah, bad pun," Rory said covering her face. "Zero's already traumatized enough, oh my God. We should leave her be with her hot parents."

Peter figured he knew what this was about, so he just nodded and stood up. "You're right. It was nice meeting you, Zero," Peter said. He then waved to the television. "Bye, Zero's hot parents."

"Peter, wanna come back (http://rory--gilmore.livejournal.com/41145.html) to my room?" Rory offered, standing and shooting him a look. "Also, bye Zero's hot parents and everyone else."

"Sure thing," Peter said. He waved to the room as he followed Rory to her room.

"Bye guys." Parker figured she could torture Peter later. Now, was the time to torture Zero.

"Oh my god. What is your mom doing to that cop?"

"What, you mean Dad?"

Parker's eyes got even bigger. "Oh, wow."
