Marty suddenly having access to the internet is feeling much better and decides to spend some time out of his room.

He parks himself in the lounge and turns on "Nookie in New York".

He doesn't care what people think.

Lee is quite a fan of this show already and when he hears the theme song whilst passing by the door, he immediately comes in.

"Best. Show. Ever," he says with a laugh.

Marty nods. "It's a nice tribute to the greatest city in the world. Plus the sex is nice"

"It's like porn only ... better," Lee says conspiratorially.

"Right. It has a plot and four women," Marty said with a nod.

Coming back from class, Kara passes by the common room and sees Marty and Lee stretched out on the couch. "Hey," she says, squeezing in. "What are we watching?"

"Nookie in New York. For Gals who make it there mission to have the best relationships and sex in New York City. It's like porn but with a plot."

"Nookie in New York. Fascinating show. I really feel like I understand Earth culture by watching it," Lee says, grinning at her.

Veronica realizes that she hasn't hung out in the 2nd floor common room since she moved to the attic, so she decides to head down and see if anyone is around.

"Hey, Blank, what's goin' on?" she asks, walking in. "You looked like hell in class yesterday."

"Was sick. Feeling much better though. How are you doing?"

"Not bad," she says. "I had a test in History today, but I think I did pretty well."

Parker is on her way to the gym, but she stops when she sees what's on the screen. "Oh, I never did see how this one ended-- wait, Large is back? When the hell did that happen?"

Marty rolls his eyes. "Please Parker. Where have you been. They're destined for each other. Unfortunately."

"There's no such thing as destiny," Parker said absently, perching on the back of the new couch. "Although he is almost smart enough for her. But such a jerk."

Cordy walked into the second floor common room, feeling significantly drained from her classes. She didn't like dealing with Bel in Sociology of the Paranormal, and conversation was too close for comfort in Magical Theory.

She flops onto one of the couches and gives a subdued "hey" to everyone.

Marty waves to Cordelia. "Hey Chase. Question of the day: Which is your favorite girl from 'Nookie in New York'?"

Cordy waves back to Marty. "Um, I don't know. They all have pros and cons, really."

Veronica waves. She may have a slightly guilty expression on her face.
