Gym

Angel was down in the gym. He'd already had Self Defense class that day, but right now he felt like there was no such thing as too much practice.

He went through some drills of his own, keeping his eye on the door so he could stop once Molly arrived.

"Wouldn't recommend it," Angel said. "Okay, what else are you going out with? Just stakes?"

Molly nodded. "I've never used a real gun. I have used toy guns, like my marshmallow blasters, but in an actual fight I'd rather use my fists," she pointed to the stake, "or that now."

"Always better to go with what you're comfortable with," Angel said. "Bring some crosses and holy water too. Won't kill a vamp, but can surprise one. Maybe even slow 'em down a little."

"Right. Logan used those on Darla," Molly nodded.

"Okay, I think I've got the basics now. I have to go start studying for a test next week," she said with a sigh. "I'll practice in my spare time between now and Friday on the stabby thing, but I really should go now."

She took her stake back from Angel and left with a wave.
