The gym, after second period

Stepping into the gym, Aeryn thinks it might have been a good idea to get down here more this week. She has enough faith in her own capabilities, but still, it never hurts to be prepared.

She pulls her gloves on, and starts hitting the punching bag. Too bad it can't fight back.

Aeryn nods back with a "Hey," sending another hard punch to dig into the bag.

"Keeping busy?" he asks, starting a series of stretches.

"I do my best," she says, and this time it's another kick into the side of the bag, followed by a sharp punch from her left.

He watches her curiously for a moment and then says, "of course you do," before moving on to crunches.

Aeryn glances over at him, wondering if there's something to that that she's missing, then goes for the bag again. It would have been a good punch to the throat if the bag had a throat.
