Sam knocked on the door, ready to help set up for that evening. After all, they needed somewhere to store the extra party snacks, right?

She looked at her To Do list:

Weapons Drop Off/Pick Up
First Aid/Medical Area
Comms
--Laptops
--Cell Phones
--Ear Pieces

Time to get to work.

Rory slipped off her headset and headed over to Parker, eyes red and looking shaken.

She carefully, gently hugged her.

"Angel's hurt. Everyone else so far looks good though."

"Aw, damnit." Parker was too tired to even protest. She just leaned into Rory, then asked, her voice muffled, "Did they get Darla?"

"Dunno," Rory mumbled. She pulled back, and wiped a hand over her eyes. "What do you need? Sit down, eat something, pop some ibuprofen."

Parker swayed on her feet a moment, then said, "Yeah. That sounds good," and collapsed into the nearest chair. "I ache. Excedrin first?"

Rory got Parker some Excedrin and a bottle of water.

"Here," she said, before noticing Anakin (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/444169.html?thread=19705097#t19705097)'s entrance. "Um, you okay here? I need to check on someone else?"

Parker followed her look, smiled, and shook her head. "'M fine. Go." Then she stretched and winced, before popping the pills.
