Outside Room 238, After Fourth Period

Sam knocked on the door, ready to help set up for that evening. After all, they needed somewhere to store the extra party snacks, right?

She looked at her To Do list:

Weapons Drop Off/Pick Up
First Aid/Medical Area
Comms
--Laptops
--Cell Phones
--Ear Pieces

Time to get to work.

Alanna spotted a patch of floor. Alanna sank to the floor. "Thanks. Logan. Don't think so." She closed her eyes and hoped someone would deal with the break. Soon. "Anyone need help? I can handle any cuts and stuff."

Angela looked around the room. "I think everybody who needs help is getting help," she said. "See if there's anything you can do once your wrist is set, okay?"

She frowned. "Do you want Faithful? I don't know where he is."

"Faithful can't set bones last I checked." Alanna helpfully pointed out. "I think he's still on gaurd-cat duty." She opened her eyes and blinked. "Um, is there anyone here who can set bones? And who's looking at Callisto?"

"Dr. Pierce and Janet are both with Callisto," Angela said. "And okay, Faithful probably couldn't help, but I figured you might want him anyhow." She shrugged.

"I think you have to wait for one of them to finish up. It's probably faster than taking you to the mainland, anyhow. Sorry."

Alanna nodded and then cussed out. "I'm an idiot. Take the cross-bolt back to my room before the vice-principal notices it? All I'm missing now." She leaned her head against the wall. "Ugh. You're awesome for putting up with this."

But as soon as Angela has fetched the crossbow, she realizes there is one. "Um, which room? I don't think I've ever visited you."

Alanna laughed dryly. "112. Where I just was. Because that was our way back into the school. Smart, huh?"

"I'll go down there," Angela agrees. "I hope your roommate is still at the party, or something. Is it okay if I stick this under your bed? Um, I will be able to tell which bed is yours, right?"

"And please tell me you didn't lock your door, anyhow."

Alanna would answer the questions using her fingers, but they're all kind of busy. "Um, roommmate asleep. She kinda woke up a little, snored at us, and went back to sleep. Under bed is fine. The bed not taken up by the roommie is mine." She paused for a moment. "Door shouldn't be locked."

"Got it," Angela said, then went out the door and off to 112.

She tossed off a tiny salute over her shoulder as she left.
