2nd floor common room, late morning

Cameron's installed himself in one of the couches, a blanket high over his shoulders so his sling isn't noticable. He's humming softly as he's watching some cartoons on television. Pain meds are a glorious thing.

Bored with studying, and having successfully remembered to water her plant, Sharon wanders into the common room to score some food. And maybe watch tv. She spots the lump of blankets on the couch, and ponders a moment before wandering over to flop next to him. She pulls a cookie from the box she grabbed and holds one out. "Want one?"

Sharon considers, then decides not to ask about the blanket. It is kinda chilly after all. She bites into her cookie, then asks with her mouth full, jestering with half the cookie at the tv. "Does that always happen?"

Realizing she's made a fatal error in not getting milk to go with her cookies, Sharon swallows, then says, cookies bits still in the way, "Too bad. We could use a few anvils falling out of the sky. One for each snow monster, for instance."

"Of course, then there's the potential for misuse of physics." Sharon hops up to rummage for something to drink and returns with two cans of juice. She hands one absently to Cameron before grabbing another cookie. "I mean, can you even hoist anvils that high to make them effective? Maybe dropping textbooks would be easier."

Sharon frowns, eyeing the awkwardness. "Sorry, um, you want some help?"

Taking a sip to wash down the cookies, Sharon makes a face at the differing flavors. "So," she says while watching a commercial involving people chasing a rabbit for multi-colored cereal, "What happened?"

"Something about a study group, and blood." Sharon frowns, toying with a cookie. "You guys went out and... did something?" She didn't mean to sound so clueless, but she has been studying a lot.

"Wow." Sharon blinks, "But not, um, whatsisface--oh, Angel, right. Not him, right? Isn't he a good guy or something?" Really, she should pay more attention to things going on outside her dorm room, one of these days. Of course, when she did, things like frakking snow sharks happened.

"Well, good then. I suppose it just goes to show you that you can't depend on your enemies to stay bad guys. Or something." Sharon picked up a cookie and broke it in half neatly before biting into it.

"I suppose." Biting into her cookie, Sharon absently eyed the cartoon playing. "It could have been worse. You could have been facing little elves."
