John kicks back in one of the chairs with the TV on. Rumor has it, there's some sort of sporting event on. Detroit Lions Vs.... somebody, he thinks.

"The commercials. Everything else is just fluff." He digs into the nachos he brought.

"Meh, it's 6 of one, half dozen of another. I'm not even sure who's playing. Lions or someone. It's in Detroit."

"Meh. NEither one's my team, y'know? What's the spread?" Damn, he makes good nachos.

"What, some longstanding fued?" My mun is sitting 12 miles away from the Superbowl at Ford Field, so... GO LIONS! "Hrm. I have some more munchies back in my room."

"TV in here's bigger. I mean, it's impressive. Huge, even. It probably caused a scandal. I've been meaning to hook up my game system, but I haven't gotten around to it yet."

"Hey, you never know what you'll be doing." John gets up to get more snacks. "I think i'll be a good game."

Food and snacks

John comes back from his room with an armload of snacks and sodas for himself and Syd anyone else who passes by.

He arranges them on the table and sits down next to Syd.

John turned to Syd. "Well, that was a bit lackluster."
