One advantage of not having any classes until Tactics of War on Mondays was that Callisto had most of the day free, conversely, even with sleeping in late and snuggling with the boyfriend, if you had nothing to do it got boring real quick.

Good thing the Strifenova Celestial first season dvds she'd ordered had just arrived. Callisto considered going to the third floor common room, but let's face it, the bigger television in the second floor common room was just too tempting.

She slid the first disc into the player then settled down to watch Commander Ahab try to keep the fleet safe from the Toaston forces.

Alanna's bag entered the common room first, flying in a minute before her.

"Alanna? Everything okay?"

Alanna followed her bag, Faithful trotting at her heals. "Teachers."

"Ahh," Callisto nodded. "Any in particular or just in general?"

Alanna crashed on to a couch. "Those who ask questions as to the nature of my break."

"I fell, sir!" Alanna made a noble attempt to recreate her innocent look.

"Typically? No. Lyman did though. The Tick didn't." Alanna sighed.

"Professor Tick?" Callisto rubbed her forehead as if suddenly realising something. "Gods, most of his class was in study group."

"He knows about it." Alanna replied glumly. "Except, he fell for the innocent look, which is kind of scary because I just don't look innocent. Ever."

Alanna mentally added them to her own rather extensive list. "He didn't seem mad, just kind of...curious. Asked me if it was worth it."
