Bridge is bored. He's sort of absently flipping through channels, never staying on the same program for more than thirty seconds.

"Both. She's a pain in the ass, and she's a threat to a friend. Death's actually too good for her, but I'll settle for it if it just makes her go away." She brightened. "Okay, so how do I get better at that TK thing? Bring on the little glass box of sand."

Parker catches it, looking intrigued. "Is this the one you said you couldn't direct, but could get started?" She tossed it in the air, then caught it. "Do I just put it on the floor, and try to make it roll around?"

Parker pressed the button, and watched in glee as the ball rose to hover gently in the air. "Ooo..." She stared at it, trying to imagine it moving. "Up. Up. Uuuup!"
