MacGyver is in the first floor lobby.

He has a swiss army knife, duct tape and some chewing gum.

Chances are? He's up to something.

Mac leads the group down to the basement and ends up in front of Marshall's door.

There appears to be an electronic lock on the door.

"This is the room. Nadia? You've been taking the class. What do you think we should try to do to get the door open? Or do you have any ideas Parker?"

Nadia looks at the lock for a long moment. "Well, when we did the locked lab assignment, kicking the lock worked pretty well. Or we could try shorting it out,"

"What do you think Parker?" Mac asks.

Yes. He's testing students and he has a grin on his face.

Parker studied the lock, and said, "Cutting the power always works in the movies, but if this guy knew anything about electronics, he'd definitely have not made that the override." Parker frowned, studying the lock. "Maybe bypass the lock completely?"

Nadia nodded. "Just break it down. I mean, he's no longer a student here, right?" She frowned. "We're not breaking into an actual student's room, are we?"

"I think breaking in would be frowned upon. Let's see about disabling the lock," Mac says putting his SAK to work.

He swiftly removes the casing revealing the components.

"So should we try to hotwire it? Or zap it?"

"Zap," Parker suggested. "I've got hairspray, a lighter, and some liquid paper here in my purse. That should go up nicely."

"Zapping it means shorting it out, right?"

Nadia is very curious to see how liquid paper will be incorporated. The hairspray and lighter she can figure out.

"Let's try that hairspray out," Mac says taking the hairspray from Parker.

A couple of spritzes on bare wiring and the door clicks open.

And slides open like a door from Star Trek.

"Interesting."

Parker blinks at the door, then her hairspray. "Okay, that was almost *too* easy." She cocks her head and peeks inside. "Oh my god. We could ~~godmod~~ hijack NASA from here."

The number of computer components was only surpassed by the number of Hot Wheels around the monitors.

Nadia whistled softly and picked up a pair of glasses. They clicked softly and a light flashed.

Oookay,

"Just who was this guy, anyway?"

A soft clicking rang out through the darkness and a small burning fire appeared. It was raised up to a cigarette. "I heard a noise coming from the basement," Pip said as he stepped into the room. "What the hell's going on?"

Mac is just about to say something...
