Second Floor Common Room - Lateish Evening

After putting in an appearance at Jack's party, Rory retrieved Vladdie from her room and changed into the cozy, cozy jammies Jake had given her for Christmas.

She hopped out into the common room, set Vladdie down on the floor, and took up the remote while keeping the puppy carefully in her sights.

"Aeryn, have you met my dog, Vladdie? He has an imaginary friend," Rory explained.

"I've seen him. He was in a backpack once," Aeryn says. "...Imaginary friend?"

"He's a baby. I'm pretty sure he has an imaginary friend," Rory sighed. "Either that, or he's insane."

Vladdie looked significantly from Aeryn to the air and back again.

"I have no idea," Rory said since Bridgey hasn't told her yet.

She frowns. "I'm really having a conversation about a vampire puppy's imaginary friend, aren't I?"

"Yes," Rory nodded. "It's bizarre, I know."

"Strangely enough? Not the strangest conversation I've had here." As if that isn't terrifying.

"Of course not. Still weird," Rory said, shaking her head. "So what are you up to for V-Day? Someone explained it to you, right?"

"There's no confusion about this one," Aeryn assures her. "I'm spending it with John. I'm sure that's a surprise to everyone. Do you have plans?"

"I'm spending some quality time with a book and some ice cream," Rory said. "And Anakin's supposed to stop by for a friend thing at some point."
