Second Floor Common Room - Lateish Evening

After putting in an appearance at Jack's party, Rory retrieved Vladdie from her room and changed into the cozy, cozy jammies Jake had given her for Christmas.

She hopped out into the common room, set Vladdie down on the floor, and took up the remote while keeping the puppy carefully in her sights.

"Cadet." Archie saluted Bridge again, a bit more seriously this time. "Good evening to you too. Interesting broadcast last night."

"Honestly," Archie said, nodding. "Your half, anyhow."

"Oh, that's right. You and Anders don't really like each other that much."

"You don't say," snorted Archie. "Though really, I'm going to catch hell from Cally if I keep talking about it."

"Yeah, probably," Bridge nods solemnly. "Plus, *both* of you are my friends and stuff."

"On to less awkward matters," Archie said, waving a hand dismissively, "have you recovered well enough from your adventures with the, er, study group?"

Because that was, evidently, less awkward.

"Callisto had a collapsed lung, I heard." Archie peered at Bridge somewhat suspiciously. "You didn't sustain any injuries as severe, did you?"

"Nah," Bridge shrugs, "Just some scrapes and emo."

"Good." Archie tilts his head and surveys Bridge thoughtfully for a moment. "For some reason I have a hard time picturing you severely injured. At least, externally."
