Second Floor Common Room

Sam was laying on her back on one of the sofas, pretending to study and finish her homework, but really watching bad daytime television.

ETA: Sam has now left, but the television was left on and the book she'd been reading was face down on one of the end tables.

[ooc: Feel free to use for your own homework or loafing.]

A replicator crawls into the second floor common room carrying something in one of its many legs.

Seeing the One Who Looks like Her, the replicator approaches the human female and stops one foot away before dropping the item it was carrying. A cellphone in need of charging. With Kara Thrace as speed dial #1. The replicator waits.

Monitoring her reaction, the replicator reported the situation into the link, gave the human a mock bow and quickly moved to the window for escape!

Captured, the replicator squirmed and whirred pathetically. It was not instructed for this situation and was unsure as to how to proceed. It could not harm the human but it would most certainly be destroyed if it led her to him. It stopped moving at once as it listened for orders.

The order was faint and vague but it was sure that it was a confirmation to lead the Smaller Human She to the boy. It squirmed again and leapt out onto the ground. Twirling around in a circle, it then made for the door.

The replicator kept moving across the floor and through the open door to the hallway, monitoring if Not-She was following.

It scurried down the hallway, jumped up the protective rail on the stairs and slid all the way down to the ground floor because this little replicator was a bit of a show off and/or reckless and/or headed to its doom and in need of a little fun. It eyed the dorm door and Not-She's heat measurements and stood stationary at once.

Noting that the human had stopped and was not going to go get proper warming outer materials, the wee replicator reformed into the shape of a very miniature human and did a shivering motion with its arms.

The replicator did a quick tap dance while waiting. Then it DEFACED SCHOOL PROPERTY dissolved a bit of the metal on the door frame and replicated a few more pieces. This particular replicator hated waiting.
