Also, he doesn't have a date. And he's not the kind of person to snark on other people.

So he's here in the Common Room, flipping aimlessly through the channels and desperately hoping something good will come on.

"Believe me, if I had a choice I would have stayed in my own body. I mean, no offense to anyone else, but I've had it for a very long time and as a result am sort of attached to it, you know? It's Bridge here, by the way," he shrugged. "No-one else could tell."

Faithful rolled his eyes and wondered if it was possible for them to get stuck. "I'm a cat. Who talks. Why is everyone so surprised that I have other abilities? And am smarter than most humans?"

"I'm not so much surprised as relieved," Bridge says. "This person I know from where I come from- Dr. Manx- is really smart too, so it's obviously a cat thing."

Faithful blinked at Bridge. "Dr. Manx is a cat?"

"Er, sort of?" Bridge says. How to explain, how to explain. "She's... well, she's from a planet that's not Earth. And her species evolved from cats, so she's bipedal, but, like... feline," he flails a little. "If that makes sense."

"As much sense as anything around here makes." Faithful purred. "Well, I hope you wake up back in your own body, I'm off to cause chaos."
