So he's here in the Common Room, flipping aimlessly through the channels and desperately hoping something good will come on.

"Yeah." Anders rolls over a little and snuggles into Cally's lap some more, reaching up to rub her -- his? -- stomach. "Is it too much to hope it fixes itself? 'cause, like, this is really weird. And I kind of really want to, um. But not like this."

"Definitely not like this." Cally reaches down and starts playing with Anders' hair. "I'm sure all we need to do is sleep on it, and the solution'll come to us."

"Yeah, I guess." Anders starts rubbing Cally's knee. "Speaking of which, how are we gonna do this sleep thing?"

"Business as usual? I mean, I'm okay with that, if you are." Cally give a weak smile.

"Works for me, I guess," Anders says, and it's really not fair that he's so nervous about agreeing to go to sleep next to his girlfriend when they've been doing that for four months already. Of course, they usually look different, but still. It's the principle of the thing. "If you think you can really snuggle up to me like this."

"Yeah. I'll just have to keep very tame thoughts." Cally nods.

Anders can't help snickering. "Having a little trouble controlling that, coach?"

"Maaaaybe," Cally says. "I take no responsibility. It's a guy thing. Yes."

"No offense, coach, but I'm kinda hoping I won't have to, you know, teach you how to do something about that," says Anders, curling up and snuggling a little closer into Cally's lap.

"Yeah, I know what you mean. I kinda don't want to have to coach Bridge through you-know-what, you know?"

"I wish I didn't know. But yeah." Anders pokes Cally in the stomach and is, in some incoherent corner of his mind, rather proud of his abs. "I just wanna be back in there again."

"Yeah," Cally says with a sudden yawn. "Okay, I'm gettin' kinda sleepy."

"Me too. I guess we should go turn in, and maybe tomorrow we can figure this thing out." Anders sighs. "Um, at least give Bridge your code to the office lock so he can get in and sleep first?"

"Oh, good point," Cally says, and does just that in handwavey cause the mun is omgtired goodness. "Sleepy time?"

"Sleepy time," agrees Anders, and gets up. "Um. You better lead the way to the room, I think, since you can get in. Never thought that lock would end up being a hassle, I swear."

"Definitely sleepy time. And snuggles. And tomorrow we figure this thing out."

Cally gets up too and grabs Anders by the... sock. "First thing in the morning."
