Gym, morning

As there's no hangover this morning, Cameron is up early. It seems only natural that he heads down to the gym to make up for lost days. It's still empty when he gets there, the punching bag is hanging still, and he knows Aeryn won't be joining him.

Isabel stopped inside the doorway when she saw Cam. She felt bad because she hadn't see him since givning him the chocolate on Monday. Obviously things hadn't gone well since she'd heard about the break-up on the radio. "Hey," she said.

Cameron paused his punches long enough to look over at Izzy. "Yo," he nodded before turning back to the bag.

She recognized his mood, so similar to Max during one of his off periods with Liz. Walking over to the mat she started to stretch. "Are you doing okay?"

"Yep," Cameron rolled his left shoulder. "I'm actually starting to think I might hurt someone if I try to hit them with my left."

"So your shoulder's feeling better? That's good." She bent over, stretching out her hamstrings and calves and asked, "What about everything else?"

Cameron kept his concentration the bag. "I'm dealing."

Stretching done, she climbed onto the trainer and started the program. "Okay, but if you want to talk, I'll listen."

Cameron nodded. "Thanks, but I'll live."

Isabel raised an eyebrow. Such a boy, it was like being around Max all over again. "Okay, if you're sure." She focused on the digital readout of the trainer, watching the dots indicating an increase in intensity march across the display but still keeping an eye on Cam at the punching bag.

"Great," she said and then gestured towards the mats. "Lead the way."

"Yes, ma'am. You're bossy today," Cameron smirked and moved over to the mats. "All I ask is that you don't try to hit my left shoulder too hard."

"I'm not bossy," Isabel sniffed. "Maybe I just wanted to check out the view."

Cameron spluttered at the remark and turned to face her. "You know, if I'd try to say that I'd probably get decked..."

Isabel laughed, "Possibly, but I think it depends on who you said it to. And how you said it. Now me? I said it to see if I could make you smile. Did it work?" Reaching the center of the mat, she raised her hands. "Now don't hurt me."

He chuckled and shook his head. "A bit. Now, I know for sure I'd mean it a lot more than a compliment about shoes."

"I'll go easy," Cameron smirked and brought up his hands. "At first anyway." He said as he got in a fairly easy jab at her left side, just to test her response.

"Good," she said. "Shoes? What about them?" She tried to block the jab but might have been a bit slow. To make up for it she punched back with her right hand, aiming towards his chest.

It's a fairly easy move to block and he follows it up by a hit towards her shoulder. He does keep it slow and lowers his own defenses. "Why so many? You can only wear one pair at the time."

Parker comes in after the auditions, still giggling a little, and after a long bit of stretching, starts working the bag. Punch, punch, crescent-kick, sidekick. She's in a fairly good mood.

"Parkie," Cameron greets from where he's doing some more weights to strengthen his shoulder.

"Hey, Cam. How're you doing?" He looks a lot better than he last did, staggering out of her room draped over Kawalsky's shoulder. Side-kick. Elbow-strike.

"Sober," he tilts his head and watches her deal out the punches. "Nice shoes."

Parker stops, one leg out, and considers the Avias on her feet, then flashes Cam a grin. "Thanks?" She puts her food down and steps into a forward kick. "Glad you're doing better. Is your shoulder healed up yet?" She stops for a second, stretching her neck, then goes into the punches again.

Uh, that actually works. Cameron makes a mental note. "It's getting better, but I don't think I can stand you kicking it just yet."

Parker grinned again. "Good, I'm looking forward to that." She stopped the bag for a second, wiping away sweat from her hairline. "I don't think I mentioned that I was impressed you and Logan did so well on the 'study group.' The lessons you were getting from Aeryn must be paying off." Parker's face falls a little, and she elbow-strikes the bag.

"Of course you are," Cameron replied and paused his exercise for a moment. "Thanks, I wish I could say it helped but I think I just got really lucky."
