Rory made her way up from the memorial and found a Jacques Cousteau documentary on the television.

She solemnly began to watch, attempting to feel actual sorrow over a fish.

It didn't quite take.

Bridge makes a face. "She was just a fish, I know, but death still kinda sucks."

"It really does. So we should try to be happy," Rory insisted.

"I... okay," Bridge says with a shrug. It's actually kinda hard for him to stay sad for extended periods of time anyway. "I bow to your logic."
