2nd Floor Common Room - Saturday Morning

Logan sat on the couch eating Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs and watching cartoons. Multiple boxes of different sugar-coated cereal were on the kitchen counter and there was milk in the fridge, if anyone wanted to join him.

"Hey, Veronica," Angel said. He was still sleepy, but managed a smile for her. "Careful of Sean. He's trying to steal food."

"Not right now," she said to Logan. "Too tired to eat."

She gave Angel a sleepy smile. "Did you guys talk?" she asked, not wanting to be very specific in public, but assuming both guys would know what she meant.

Angel really wasn't awake yet. He blinked. "...Logan told me it was morning?"

Logan glanced over at Angel and then back to Veronica. "Yeah, we talked last night," he said.

"Good," she said. "But, um, it's possible Bel may be even more upset with me than he was."

"I didn't do anything," she began with a pointed look in Logan's direction.

"But I was talking to Nadia the other day, after the whole running into Bel's look-alike thing, and I ended up mentioning that Bel and I had had some... issues. I was vague because I didn't want to freak her out."

She shook her head. "Apparently she got it in her head to pay him back for trying to hurt me." A faint smile graced her lips. "She got a robot thing that spouted moral platitudes and sprayed glitter and is somehow tuned into Bel. He... wasn't happy. I don't know if he knows why she did it though. But if he finds out..."

Angel looked like he really wanted to laugh at the idea of the robot if not for the whole Veronica's life being threatened thing.

On the upside, he was awake now.

"I'll keep an eye out for him," Angel said. "He even thinks of trying something and he'll be breathing through his spleen."

"You need to be careful around him," she admonished with a look in Angel's direction. Then she looked at Logan. "I hope you guys aren't planning to go after him."

In an effort to lighten the mood, she added, "According to the radio, Victor got video footage of the bot going after Bel."
