2nd Floor Common Room - Saturday Morning

Logan sat on the couch eating Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs and watching cartoons. Multiple boxes of different sugar-coated cereal were on the kitchen counter and there was milk in the fridge, if anyone wanted to join him.

"What did he do to deserve cake in the face?" Veronica asks, glancing in Anders direction.

Cally moves closer and lowers her voice. "Okay, you gotta promise not to tell anyone, if you want the whole story."

Veronica slides closer to Cally and puts her hand up. "Scouts Honor," she says, matching Cally's tone.

Cally looks around quickly for eavesdropping shrubs, and then speaks. "Erm, there was kinda a... Kara and Anders thing. Like, kissing involved thing."

"Oh... wow," Veronica says, eyes wide. "I take it this is while you guys were together?"

"Yeah this was, like, right before Kara hurt her knee. And I mean, like, right before. Anders said they only kissed the once, and I trust him and all, but... he got really worked up afterwards. I mean, I was hurt, and stuff, but him and Kara, after that... it got messy for a while, and it was hard to accept the fact he wasn't interested in her when they kept, like, going at it like they would. I eventually got so fed up with it that, I, umm... I shoved cake in his face at Parker's birthday party." Cally scratches the back of her neck.

"Well good for you," Veronica says. "I mean, I can understand being caught in a moment and doing something rash," she continues, thinking of the fact that the first two times she kissed Logan were when she was still dating Leo, "but if he really loves you, he shouldn't do something that makes you uncomfortable."

"But now we've figured things out, and he only gets to kiss Kara if I get to too," Cally giggles. "So, no longer that big of a deal."

Veronica giggles too. "Well, I'd say that's a fair deal."

"I thought so," Cally says. "He did too, actually." Cally grins. "Boys will be boys, I guess"

"Logan tried to do anything dumb yet?" Cally grins.

"Oh nothing too bad, I guess," Veronica says, totally not getting into the whole 'study group' thing. "But he's a boy, so..."

"Yeah, I know," Cally nods. "Well, sorta. I know from general ideas that everyone keeps saying, not real experience, cause, like, Anders is my first boyfriend and all, and stuff, but I think I know what you mean."
