2nd Floor Common Room - Saturday Morning

Logan sat on the couch eating Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs and watching cartoons. Multiple boxes of different sugar-coated cereal were on the kitchen counter and there was milk in the fridge, if anyone wanted to join him.

"My roommate can blow stuff up," Veronica said with a smile. She toyed with the idea of mentioning what Xander had told her about Isabel, but decided it was better to keep that to herself for now. After all, on the off chance that Isabel was dangerous, she certainly didn't need another angry evil person after her.

"Really? Who's your roommate?" Isabel asked. "That could be a fun power to have if you're looking to get rid of some frustration."

"Piper Halliwell. She and her sisters are witches," Veronica confided in a low voice.

"Oh, I haven't met her yet. But I need hear about them," Isabel said. "It's still weird for me to think that magic and everything associated with it is real."

"No magic where you're from either?" Veronica asked.

"No magic, just UFO junkies," Isabel grinned. "I mean, come on, it's Roswell."

"Oh right, I forgot that's where you were from," Veronica said, totally lying through her teeth.

"So what's your whole take on the alien conspiracy thing?"

[ooc: gotta go afk for a while... moving day... slow play?]

"It was a weather balloon," Isabel explained like she'd done so many times before. "But if believing otherwise keeps the conspiracy freaks coming to town and spending money, then I'm more then happy to let them believe whatever they want. My friends' parents depend on the tourist trade for their businesses."
