She got back safely, sober and sunburned. When she left she had a small carry-on, and had to buy a large suitcase in Cabo just to get the gifts home.

It was a fantastic vacation.

Sitting in her room, she unpacked and sang Cancion del Mariachi.

She has a LOT of presents...

Blair bounced and knocked on the door.

Bent over her suitcase, things just keep appearing. Her hair is insanely wavey, and she has it clipped back in a barrette. Turning to look at him in the open doorway she smiled wide.

"Blair! Hey! Just the kid I was hoping to see."

"Hi Professor Cregg. You were hoping to see me?" Blair bounced and grinned. "I was looking for you to ask about the peace club. Has there been any progress on starting that?"

"You know, I was suppose dto know something Monday, but I got called away. I had to go to Mexico. It was unavoidable. But my 401 class has the proposals done, so I'm sure it's just a matter of...oh, here it is."

She pulls out a bundle and hands Blair a blanket (http://www.ranchogrossinger.net/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/s4.jpg).

"I thought about what you said when I moved in. So I got you a little something."

Blair took the blanket and stared at it for a minute before looking up at CJ. "For me? Seriously? It's so awesome! It's all warm and peaceful looking and it's warm and..."

He bounced and then rushed forward to hug CJ tightly. "Thank you so much, Professor!"

She couldn't help but smile and laugh, hugging him back. "You're welcome Blair, and you can call me CJ. It's not like you're in my class. It's ok. You, um...you like it then, huh?"

Blair blushed and stepped back. "CJ. I can do that. Sorry, I just got really excited because it's a really neat gift. I love blankets and being warm and the colors are very harmonious and it's going to be great to use when I'm meditating!"

"You're not still having to do that in the closet, are you?"

"It's actually really comfortable! And it'll be even more comfortable with my new blanket!"

Coming back from play practice, still slightly unnerved, Parker smiled to see that CJ's door was open. "Hey, CJ. How was the trip?"

"Fantastic. I've finally sobered up, so I think I can even say that with certainty. How was the week? Monsters? Fires? Tax audit?" As she speaks, she rummages around on the bed for something specific.

"No fires, no audits, and Angel's recovering from his brush with stupidity and death. ALthough that reminds me that I have to go thwap him about the head, the moron." She made a face. "He's not resting like he should." Parker smiled. "I'm glad *you* got to rest, though. Did all your friends go?"

"Not all of them. It was Abbie, Amy, and Donna. The infamous Donna whom Angel is named after, in fact. We stole her from Josh and took her to Cabo for four glorious days."

She comes up with a carefully wrapped up something in tissue paper and hands it to Parker.

"I picked this (http://www.cultureshop.com/Products3/Sterling%20Silver/Item-5272-Hypnotic-Bracelet.gif) up for you. I hope you like it."

Parker grinned. "And how is the infamous Donna? Did you tell her she's being remembered with fondness and cursing in fandom? I feel like I ought to send her a postcard, on behalf of Jake and Angel." She unwrapped the package, then cooed in glee. "Oh, it's lovely! Thank you, C.J. You didn't have to." She grinned. "But you know I love it that you did."

"I did, except I left out the vampire part. Told her the oldest student in school got assigned her name. Then she had some sweet things to say about boys named Angel."

She checked out the bracelet to make sure it was the one for Parker, and smiled, "I like buying stuff, and you know how to accept a gift. It's a good skill to have."

"I like to think so. Sorry to say I didn't get you anything for your welcome-back, but, I'm glad you're here." She bit her lip. "And sorry others are not."

She looked down for just a minute, then shook her head, "Yeah, well...what are you going to do? I went and had a blast and came back to some great kids. Don't be too sorry, I guess. It's the way things go."

She shrugged and ran her fingers through her hair.

"Do you have a flat iron? The waves from the cornrows will not go away."

Feeling restless in the dorms, Elizabeth figured that she'd head out for a walk or something. But that was before she saw the open door and heard the singing.

"Hola, CJ," she grinned. "Cómo era México?"

"Muy bien, E! Bebimos y bailamos y nadamos, él éramos fantásticos."

Beckoning her to come in, she grinned. "I got you something. I hope you like it."

"¡Excelente! Estoy contento que usted lo gozó. Necesito realmente llegar a México un día."

"Shopping too?" Elizabeth grinned, as she entered the room. "Thank you."

"Do I go anywhere and not shop? You have to go. It's amazing. I usually go to Cancun, but Cabo was wonderful."

She hands her a small, tissue wrapped package with a smile.

"I haven't given you a Wave patterned silver necklace (http://www.p4a.com/item_images/medium/17/58/87-01.jpg), have I? It's the waves of the Pacific."

"Parker's mentioned a trip to Cancun," Elizabeth grinned. "I'm thinking next break already."

She unwrapped the tissue paper. "CJ, it's stunning. Thank you."

"You're welcome! I'm glad you like it. You and Parker would have a blast in Cancun. Like a summer senior trip or something. I might have to, uh, chaperone that one." she grinned.

"She's been there before, so with both of you, we'd certainly be set," Elizabeth laughed. "I have something for you, from England, back in my room. I was going to bring it to class, but obviously, that wouldn't have worked this week!"

"Ooh! Yeah...did you like it there? Tell me where you went, what you did, what you saw. I didn't get to talk to anyone else about it much with Angel so sick."
