The gym, Tuesday morning/afternoon

Yesterday in general did a lot of good, and Aeryn's done avoiding things. And people. So she heads down to the gym, bringing her gloves and dropping them onto the mat in case she needs them, and ignores the punching bag for now. She doesn't actually need to hit anything right now. She'll go for the machines instead.

Cameron heads down to the gym because that's what he does. "Yo! Still recovering from getting Molly-hugged?"

Aeryn lets the weights fall back into place and shrugs a little. "She's Molly. She's allowed," she says.

"Sometimes it's good to be Molly," Cameron nods because it makes sense. Really.

She frowns and asks, "Have you been Molly often?"

"Nope," he chuckles. "I'm just saying it has its perks when you're adorable enough for everyone to like you. There's the downside of having to actually date Blair of course, because he's just way too hairy and idiotic for my taste."

"...Are you feeling all right?" If he starts quoting the brave like soldiers song, she's gone.

"I'm fine," Cameron waves a hand. "There's birthday parties and hugs and... Yeah, I'm fine. How about you?"

"I'm good," she says, and means it.

"Good, then everyone is good except for Marty who is one cracks and flags."

"This... I didn't understand that, but it really doesn't surprise me."

He shrugs. "I don't understand it either, but he might start shipping you with Kung Fu movies so just be careful."

Aeryn doesn't say anything. Maybe if she doesn't say anything, he'll be normal.

"You'd be good at Kung Fu, I bet," Cameron decides as she's keeping quiet. "You'd kick Bruce Lee's ass."

"Be normal," Aeryn orders. "Or at least halfway sane."

He laughs and smiles at he. "I can stand on my hands. Would that be halfway sane?"

Aeryn starts back on the machine and tries really very hard to ignore him.

Cameron totally walks around on his hands. For a little while, then he stumbles and ends up on his back. "Yay!"

"It's fun!" He waves at her from the ground.

John wanders down to the gym because he figures that's where Aeryn is. And he's right but she's not trying to take apart the punching bag.

So, he sidles up near her and smiles. "Hi."

"Are you drunk?" she asks.

"Nope," he drums on his stomach. "Bet I can walk around on my hands longer than you."

"I'm not even going to attempt it, so yes, you can. Congratulations," she says. Because she is a huge spoilsport.

"Hi," she says, finishing a rep and letting the weights drop. She's not exactly smiling, but not exactly not, either.

"Awwwww, come on." Cameron pouts, scrambles to his feet and then gets on his hands again. He's totally showing off now.
