Basement Pool: Thurday after classes: Pool Party!

Various inflatable pool toys are scattered in the pool and around it.

There's a radio playing any number of random CDs provided by Pippi. So unless somebody else wants to bring some music there's an eclectic mix of Flogging Molly, Butler Fetish, The Ramones, and sea shanties blaring.

There's also a table chock full of foodstuffs.

Swim. Eat. Play.

Leave your emo at the door.

[[ooc: OCD threads going up.

"Maybe I just . . ."

And suddenly she couldn't keep up the light, flirting tone any more. Her eyes shuttered over, losing expression and she moved away, accidentally kicking Maia lightly in the shin. "I'm sorry, Maia. I can't do this right now."

Maia started to go after her but she held herself back. Swallowing hard she watched Susan swim away, she didn't even feel her shin get kicked. She looked shocked and devastated. "I didn't mean to..." Maia started to whisper but realized Susan had already left.

She turned her face back to the spot Susan had just been seconds before, swallowing hard she lifted herself up out of the pool and grabbed her towel. Maybe she just needed to hide in her room on a permenant basis from now on.

Ivanova winced as she cut through the water, watching Maia's quick exit out of the corner of her eye.

Dammit, dammit, dammit. And this party was supposed to be emo-free. Good job, Susan. She'd have to go and find her to apologise tomorrow.
