The basement pool, Tuesday evening

The pool was quiet and deserted when Ivanova padded down, shedding towel and flipflops by the poolside. Being back on the station and the abrupt realisation that soon she'd be heading right back for good had made her appreciate things like a really big pool. She paused for a moment on the end of the highest diving board, savouring the moment, before diving gracefully off. Cannonballs were for later.

[[Pool's open, come join my waterbaby.]]

Maia stood in the doorway entrance of the pool, her breath caught in her throat as she watched Ivanova from the high board. Her eyes stayed on her as she jumped up and then into the dive, she followed her form moving through the water until she surfaced.

Maia smiled at her "Hi." She said stepping into the pool area now and laying her towel on the nearest chair. "How's your eye?" Maia siad wincing a little at the sight of it. She felt a little guilty for having been so stupid in the market place.

"I'm alright." She said with a small sad smile. "I'm glad I went with you." She said after a few minutes. She walked over and sat on the edge of the pool next to Ivanova's arms. "Your leaving as soon as graduation is over aren't you?" She said staring off into the pool.

Maia looked at her and smiled that sad smile again. "I can't come this time can I?" She said, her hand moving idly to play with a strand of Ivanova's hair.

Maia smiled "No I suppose not, not after just being on the station for the weekend." She enjoyed feeling Ivanova lean into her touches. "Did I thank you yet for saving me?" She said a slight smile playing on her lips. She knew Susan was leaving. It wasn't out of nowhere the way Chiana had left, they had time. They had the rest of the week and she wanted to make the most out of their time left.

"Are you going into battle then?" Maia said in a tight voice.

Maia blushed slightly at Ivanova's words. "I...well I was very grateful for what you did." She said blushing even more now.

She noticed Ivanova avoid the question and she let it go. Getting into the water slowly she went to Ivanova's outstretched hands and then whispered close to her ear "Well I like what you do with your hands."

"I loved being with you up there this weekend. Your so...amazing when your working." Maia said, she leaned into Susan a little and kissed her neck very carefully. Her thumbs rubbing her shoulders, little shivers running through her with each of Ivanova's touches.

Maia shivered again against Ivanova's neck, her tongue reaching out for a moment before she closed her mouth onto it in another kiss.

"I think..." Maia said with a slight shiver as she touched her thigh. "I think your...oh...I think your very professional...Susan..." Maia breathed, her fingers tightening on Ivanova's neck for a moment.

Maia's breath stopped for a moment, she loved feeling Ivanova there. "Stay with me tonight?" She whispered as she moaned a little into Ivanova swaying against her. "And yes..I-I do." Maia whispered, her mouth moving to Susan's, tongue teasing a little before she broke it off with a smirk.
