It's morning. There are going to be lots of people bustling about.

"I'd offer my spare bed for you, but it might not be spare for much longer." Nadia grinned. "And Ivanova says 'bye' and that she promises to come back with new, creative threats for you when she visits."

"Oh good," Walter said, grinning back as he came in to grab a plate. "I'm only up to eight at the moment. But at least people are all claiming different threats."

"We may have to start keeping a list."

"How about a commemorative wall?"

Walter made a face at Pippi. "Commemorative would mean that I was gone or dead.

"Maybe I'll leave a sign-up sheet outside my dorm room. 'Threaten Walter. Please take a number and choose something that hasn't been claimed by someone else.'"

Pippi pat Walter on the head and placed a plate of pancakes in front of him.

"Okay, we'll shelve the plans for later then."

"Maybe for after the threats have been realized?" Nadia shrugged. "Obviously, you'll just have to not hurt me. Shouldn't be too hard, I'm a tough girl."

"You'll like Parker's." Walter said. "She's the first one to grasp that you'll just kill me yourself. Go see her for body disposal afterward, alright?"

Nadia smirked. "I always knew she was smart. I'll do that."

"Hey." Pippi waved her spoon at Walter.

"Give me some credit. I never said I would get to you first. Only that there'd be a problem."

Walter ducked a splatter of flying batter. "And you threatened both of us. You're the only one to do that that I know of."

"To be honest, I only threatened you so Nadia wouldn't feel singled out."

Walter laughed while he went to grab a washcloth to clean up the batter spatter. "I can't speak for Nadia, but that's very considerate of you."

At this point, Pip bounded into the room happily. He glanced out the window, the started to cackle. "New people coming today!"

"Yes." said Pippi holding out a plate of pancakes.

"Fresh meat."

"Remember the drill? Gremlins, locker 327, are you human, where are you living, what time are you from?" Walter snickered and went to look out the window as well. "They'll never know what hit them."

Pip stared at the window at the arriving students, then tilted his head back and let out a prodigious evil laugh.
"MOO-HOO-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh ye little students, you hardly know what's coming your way. You think you're going to a nice, normal camp. Whatever weirdness you know from your homes is nothing compared to our weirdness!"

"You, my friend, are a loon." Walter grinned and shook his head. "But we're going to have fun with them, aren't we. Duct tape is such a spring diversion. We'll have to find something new."

"And you're such a picture of sanity yourself?" Pip asked. "I'm going down there after breakfast to mess with them and look for future recruits to the School Beautification Committee."
