Wednesday Morning - Room 505, Fifth floor common room
Demyx had just crashed in Pip's room after the jam session last night. He hadn't wanted to go "bond" with his bizarre roommate, and so he just followed the more experienced student like a lost puppy. Apparently Pip hadn't minded, seeing as Demyx woke up in one piece and still in the same room.
Waking up and looking around, Demyx felt a sudden need for music paper. He didn't want to go rooting through his impromptu roommate's things, so instead he got up and padded quietly out to the common room. He sat himself down cross-legged on a couch and summoned his sitar, laying it across his knees and quickly sketching some music paper in the air. It formed as he directed, little lines and music notes of water forming where he wanted them. A good way to start the day.
((ooc: Feel free to stare or poke at him :D And...reposted to the correct place. N00balicious!))

She was walking past an open room when she heard music. She stepped in and looked around, and saw one young man there...and what appeared to be some parchment floating in the air near him.

"H-hello," she replied quietly, watching him. "How...?"

"You're very good at what you do, then," she said with a smile. "I'm Gwynn... a bit new to the area."

He saw Gwynn and Demyx first. Then his eyes settled on the large strange looking musical instrument in Demyx's lap. His brows furrowed as his head tilted to the side.

"They let horses inside?"
[[OOC: You can keep the two threads apart or you can move down into the lower one. Whichever you want to do at this point.]]

He stands placidly behind the couch and waits for the music to start again.
His mane looks very smart as it has been expertly braided.

But he really is a horse.
Horses can tell things about people though.
Horses are cool like that.
So he nudges Gwynn's shoulder with his nose.
no subject
He looked at the horse nervously. "Animals don't like me. Never have. Don't know why."
no subject
"I don't see how anyone could not like you or your music, Demyx," she said. "You're very good."
Gwynn has a blunt way of saying things.
"What's China?" she asked as she moved to scritch behind Old Man's ears.
no subject
Whether this was to facilitate Gwynn's scritches or that he was considering Demyx he didn't say.
Because he's a horse.

She poked her head out.
"Hey! Just like Lorne. Are you from... Playa?"

Shiro had left his room when the fits of hunger pangs had become too great to ignore.
After hiding his ears under his cap (scaring James was fun and all, but he didn't want to cause any riots just yet) and hiding his tail down the pant leg of a pair of sweats he'd dug out of his duffel, he padded out of his room and down the hall.

Shiro paused outside the door to the common room, his ear flicking under his cap.
Music?

Shiro stuck his head in the room.
(ooc: would it be easier if I jumped Shiro up to the thread above with Demyx in Gwynn? **dies at the noobness**)

Pippi padded into the common room with Mr. Neilson on her shoulder and Old Man clopping along behind her.
"Oh look at all the people! I was about to make brakefast, who's hungry?"
no subject
"Me!" Shiro practicly jumped up.
no subject
"Do you have a name and do you like pancakes?"
no subject
"Shiro." He said, practiclly salavating, "yes, I like pancakes!" He bounced on the balls of his feet excitedly. He had yet to pay much notice to the monkey and the horse that had come in with this marvolous bringer of food goodness.

"Gah!" He jumped back from Old Man. He'd never seen a horse up close before, and this, was very Up Close.

People were so excitable around here. They should learn to be more laid back.
Like him.

Shiro took a couple of careful steps away from the horse. It was bigger then him, and he had learned to be weary of beasts bigger then him.

Okay, maybe an ear twitched.
Otherwise? Mellow.
