2nd Floor Common Room, Thursday Afternoon

Logan was in the kitchen. Cooking. Because when you were in a kitchen, working with a blender, you could call it cooking. Even if the result was more beverage-y than food-y. It was practically summer, anyway. Perfect time for a cold iced drink. With tequila.

The television was playing "Annie".

Cordelia turned when she saw who she'd just spoken to. She has a great attention span, really.

"Nice to meet you, Alec," she said, putting out her hand. "I'm Cordelia."

"Sunnydale, California, originally" she answered, trying to fight back the blush that was creeping into her cheeks. "I lived in LA for awhile before coming here, though. You?"

"Seattle, Washington, mostly," he said. "It's nice to find another person from the west coast - or, yanno, Earth." Not that he'd actually met anyone who wasn't, he didn't think, but solidarity with gorgeous brunettes wasn't something to take lightly.
